Aside from finally having search engines register your web pages, you should change the URLs to make them human-readable. URLs with query strings (the bit after the page extension and question mark) confuse most visitors and are difficult for them to type

Apparently Google doesn't mind dynamic URLs anymore, so "&id" shouldn't be a problem anymore. But they still suggest keeping these to a minimum, so better to get rid of them completely if possible.
