Small Business SEO: Content Strategies

One of the problems with working on Small Business SEM is content development. So far we know what keywords we are targeting, who our link market is, and how to gain those links. But in order to target a large range of the long tail keywords, we do have to try and make sure that we have content on the site that focuses on the strategies that we have identified. We shouldn’t forget that good, regular content is in itself an excellent way to build link equity and make the site more link worthy.

I get asked for an updated list a few times a month. Well since we’re up to wordpress 2.5 I thought the time has come. I’ll also put some of my other favorite plugins at the end, they either enhance wordpress features or just make things easier.

In one of my recent posts I wrote about the duplicate content issue. This topic is especially important to me since my blog uses the WordPress content management system which, when used with the default configuration, is not duplicate content proof.
